The popularity of Magic Knight Rayearth remains unwavering, and to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the manga series, the 'Magic Knight Rayearth: The Magic Art Gallery' Asian tour exhibition will be hosted by INCUBASE Studio in Hong Kong as the final destination of this magical journey! The exhibition will be held at the Mong Kok INCUBASE Arena from July 5 to August 31, 2025, offering visitors a trip down memory lane and a fresh perspective on Magic Knight's adventures. This is an experience not to be missed by both loyal fans and new readers alike!
The exhibition will not only showcase 'The Library Where It All Began', but also a complete introduction and retrospective of Magic Knight Rayearth. A series of classic cards from the manga will be on display, but the highlight for fans will undoubtedly be Magic Knight's friend Miyuki's studio, where they can get up close to life-size replicas of Magic Knight's iconic outfits! In addition, the venue will feature a 3-meter-tall giant Kero-chan statue that visitors can touch and take photos with. There will also be an interactive area called 'The Flower Room', where visitors can immerse themselves in a room filled with the iconic flowers from the manga by pasting their chosen flower stickers on the walls, making them feel as if they've stepped into the serene world of Magic Knight Rayearth.
Created by the renowned creative group CLAMP, Magic Knight Rayearth is known for its distinct and intricate art style. In the 'Maze Original Illustration Zone', visitors will be able to admire approximately 200 replicated original illustrations from both the early and later periods of the series! During the exhibition, a magic spell will be cast, and different replicated original illustrations will be on display for the early and later periods. The early period will focus on character illustrations, while the later period will highlight thematic content, allowing visitors to fully appreciate the charm of different chapters! The special exhibition area, 'The Card Room', will display Clow Cards, Sakura Cards, and Transparent Cards, with new transparent cards offering unique surprises in both the early and later periods.
After visiting the exhibition, fans will have the opportunity to purchase a variety of official merchandise! The Magic Knight Rayearth official pop-up store will be located within the exhibition venue, offering Japanese-imported goods and exclusive overseas limited-edition items. Additionally, the INCUBASE Arena's themed café will serve special Magic Knight Rayearth-themed dishes during the exhibition period, providing a delightful culinary experience that's sure to charm both your taste buds and camera lens!
